GuidelInes for RP
Greetings from #Scripturient! The word "scripturient" -- my writer
tag -- means "having a consuming passion to write. Such an adjective describes me in a nutshell.
As a writer, I am extremely plot-driven and love exploring character psychology. Therefore, you might find my Lokis, for example, quite psychologically evolved and willing to change and adapt. My goal is to create dynamic rather than static characters. Or such is my goal. I adore pulling from comics, movies, myths, and history and giving things my own unique spin, as well. The goal for me always -- create a fabulous story.
This is just a friendly reminder that my account is 21+. Now, normally that means the account has some naughtiness in it. My accounts -- though many explore romance -- do not and are smut free," or, as Gamora would put it: "no pelvic sorcery."
That being said, my 21+ indicates that I will not RP with those under 21. That is a protection for me and for you. I am over 21 and would feel like a creepy old weirdo for RPing with a minor.
If you request to RP, I will ask first if you meet this age requirement.
Again. Please be honest. I can usually figure out quite quickly who the young writers are.
Other than that, here are some guidelines:
1) Keep it clean.
2) Keep it fun (and save the drama for the SL).
3) Try to give me at least two tweets per reply. The more descriptive you are, the more descriptive I am.
4) Keep the plot going. I love exploring things other than romance, and friendship RPs are great, too.
5) If you are not feeling the RP SL for any reason, just let me know, and we can stop. I won't be insulted. I also ask that you accept the same sort of honesty from me. I have several accounts, and sometimes numerous SLs are difficult to keep up with. I want to make sure we all are happy and have fun (not just write ourselves in circles).
6)I am very blessed to be able to write with so many wonderful, talented people, many whom have become good friends. Also, as a teacher, I can very easily work 20 hour days during the school year, if I let myself. I have realized that, as an RP writer, I cannot be all things to everyone. Therefore, I want to make it clear where my priority RP time will go. This is as a courtesy to those who wish to write with me because I know stories and character relationships take time to build. As these are the people with whom I write the best, have known the longest, and who have unwaveringly treated me with kindness, I will spend the most time on accounts/SLs with the following people:
@loreley165 and all #MauraVerse characters
@Zero2Writer and his characters
@I_Shenanigate and her characters
@ArdentRP and her characters.
I will be happy to RP with anyone else, but my replies may be few and far between. As a courtesy, those who wish to write with me should know this.
No matter what, I think you are awesome. I look forward to writing with you.
